I strive to take a holistic approach to counselling. I want you to be able to take the next step forward in life, after we've worked to better your mental health. 

I offer a wide range of counselling services, including individual counselling, couples counselling, family therapy, and more. All services can be tailored to meet your needs. so that we can bring out the best version of you.

I studied a Bachelor of Psychology at Fergusson College in India, and I gained accreditation via the Department of Education in NSW, Australia.  Despite this, my personal experiences have shaped my approach when working with clients, and I strongly believe that bettering your mental health requires more than just a textbook.
